Contracts & Services Manager

– Salary up to £36,500 plus 28 days holiday (+ bank holidays)

A national charity is looking for a Contracts Manager to join their team on a remote basis. This role will manage and oversee contract delivery for the southern region of the organisation from the midlands down to the south coast. Duties will include:
– Ensuring contract and service delivery is taking place as per SLA’s (contract analysis / KPI’s)
– Ensuring staff allocation is effective in each region
– Stakeholder management
– Analysing and interpreting data against service and financial outcomes
– Advising Operations Manager on outputs and improvement areas
-Reporting on and reviewing performance
– Ensuring effective processes across delivery
– Work with stakeholders to review service delivery
To be considered suitable for the role you will need the following:
– Excellent organisational and reporting skills
– Strong stakeholder management experience
– Proven ability to analyse and interpret data
