This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and organised hospitality professional to lead a busy kitchen operation, ensuring exceptional food quality, high standards of hygiene, and an efficient, motivated team. The Role As Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the kitchen, overseeing all aspects of food preparation, staffing, stock control, and compliance with food safety regulations. You will play a key role in delivering an outstanding dining experience for guests while maintaining a positive and productive working environment. Key Responsibilities Manage the daily operations of a busy hotel kitchen. Lead, motivate and develop the kitchen team. Ensure consistently high standards of food quality and presentation. Monitor stock levels, ordering and supplier relationships. Control food costs and minimise waste. Ensure compliance with all food hygiene, health and safety legislation. Work closely with management to develop menus and maintain service standards. Maintain a clean, organised and efficient kitchen environment. The Ideal Candidate Minimum of 2 years experience in a Kitchen Manager or senior kitchen leadership role. Level 3 Food Hygiene Certificate (essential). Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent organisational and communication abilities. Good understanding of food safety and health & safety regulations. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
