We pride ourselves on being a friendly and sociable business, while maintaining a strong work ethic and consistently delivering high-quality projects.Projects typically range in value from £50k to £3 million.The majority of work is based in Bristol and the South West. Occasionally, projects may be located further afield and could require overnight stays (rare).Key responsibilities include:Managing site operations to ensure projects are delivered on time, to quality standards, and in line with health & safety requirementsChairing and attending supplier and client meetingsReading, understanding, and implementing drawings, scopes of work, and specificationsCoordinating subcontractors and suppliersMaintaining excellent communication with all stakeholdersRemaining hands-on when required, including assisting with certain site tasksCandidate RequirementsProven experience in commercial refurbishment projectsTrade background preferredExcellent communication and organisational skillsRelevant and up-to-date qualifications, including (but not limited to):SMSTSFirst AidAsbestos AwarenessWillingness to be flexible and proactive on siteJunior and trainee applicants with relevant construction experience and a desire to progress into site or project management will also be considered.Salary & Benefits£30,000 £50,000 per annum, depending on experience and suitabilityPension schemeSign-written company vanStart DateImmediate start available or TBA.Please note:Applicants who are remote, not local to Bristol or the surrounding area, or who do not hold the required qualifications need not apply.TPBN1_UKTJ…
