As aPlumbing & HeatingEstimator based in Rainham(RM13 8HY) or Branston (DE14 3PD), you’ll be responsiblefor:
Utilisingthe company’s bespoke CRMsystem
Communicating withcustomers via telephone andemail
Creating quotationsfor prospect, new and existing customersdaily
Interpretinginformation provided by the customer to understand theirrequirements
Sourcing pricesfrom various manufacturers and suppliers whilst checking productcompatibility and availability to meet strictdeadlines
Advising customerson appropriate products, pricing and leadtimes
Liaising with bothinternal and external colleagues to support the conversion ofenquiries into quotations and subsequentlyorders
Working to deadlinesin order to meet customerexpectations
Staying up todate with current product knowledge andtrends
Thisis a full time, permanent role, working 40 hours per week fromeither our Rainham or Branston office (hybrid work pattern to bediscussed)
