About the Role

We are recruiting a dedicated and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join a supportive Adult Mental Health service within Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust (CNWL).This is an excellent opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality, recovery-focused mental health care across community and inpatient settings, while developing your clinical and leadership skills within a progressive NHS Trust.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out comprehensive assessments of service users’ mental health and care needs

Develop, implement, and review person-centred care plans using evidence-based practiceBuild therapeutic relationships and collaborative partnerships with service users, carers, and multidisciplinary teams

Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate mental health care

  • Support and guide healthcare support workers, students, and new team members

Contribute to risk assessment, crisis management, safeguarding, and discharge planningParticipate in maintaining and improving clinical standards through audit and service developmentEnsure compliance with CNWL policies, confidentiality standards, and professional guidelinesPromote equality, diversity, inclusion, and a safe working environment

Current NMC registration

  • Minimum 12 months post-registration experience within Adult Mental Health

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Understanding of professional boundaries and recovery-focused care

Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
