Hours: 35 per week (part-time working, 20+ hours considered)

Reporting to: Group CEO

iungo is seeking an experienced, proactive, and wholly attentive Executive Assistant (EA) to manage the day-to-day professional and personal affairs of our Group CEO.

The Executive Assistant will be a highly respected, valued member of the senior team, acting as a critical enabler of the CEO’s vision and a strategic asset to the wider business. Role Description

You will ensure the Group CEO operates at peak efficiency by seamlessly managing her diary, travel, and high-level engagements. Alongside personal and professional administration, you will provide vital cross-functional business support, interacting closely with divisional managers and heads of department to drive key initiatives forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • CEO Support & Enablement: Manage the Group CEO’s complex, fast-changing diary, travel arrangements, and visit itineraries. Anticipate her personal and professional needs with attentiveness.
  • High-Level Governance: Arrange critical meetings, define agendas, and produce precise, professional minutes.
  • Strategic Business Support: Execute strategic business tasks and support divisional managers and heads of department where necessary to keep the company aligned.
  • Gatekeeping & Liaison: Act as a professional, welcoming, and authoritative first point of contact for external partners, stakeholders, and internal teams.

Person Specification

  • Experienced EA: You have a proven track record as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite or senior directors, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
  • Organisation Skills: Your administration and time-management skills are flawless. You can handle moving parts, shifting priorities, and tight deadlines with total composure.
  • Flexible & Attentive: You understand the rhythm of supporting a Group CEO; you are adaptable, intuitive, and dedicated to optimising her time.
  • Respected Professional: You are a confident communicator who builds trust effortlessly, maintains absolute confidentiality, and commands respect across all levels of the business.
