Overview
The Store Manager runs the store as their own business – leading the team, hitting sales and cost targets, and making sure every order that leaves the kitchen is on time and on brand. You’ll own the day-to-day operation and develop the people in your team.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and rota the full store team across kitchen, front‑of‑house and delivery.
- Own store performance: sales, labour, food cost, wastage and delivery times.
- Maintain food safety, health & safety and brand standards at all times.
- Recruit, train and develop team members and shift managers.
- Manage stock ordering, cash handling and end-of-day reporting.
- Drive a great customer and rider experience to grow repeat orders.
- Run your own store and keep standards high, hit targets and deliver a brilliant experience for every customer.
What you’ll bring
- Management experience in QSR, delivery or hospitality.
- Strong leadership and people‑management skills.
- Commercially minded – comfortable with targets, P&L basics and rotas.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Food hygiene certificate desirable (training provided).
