Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Regional Manager covering Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Dudley and surrounding areas. You will support a number of publicans and their businesses within the Core L & T Division. The key objectives of this role are to produce and implement a quality, robust strategic plan for your region, which is designed to increase “whole pub profit” for each pub, benefiting publican profitability and regional like for like income.
Responsibilities
Continual enhancement of retailing standards is accomplished by offering business advice, facilitating regular reviews, and providing opportunities for skills development.
Clear and compliant meeting minutes are produced for all business reviews, ensuring consistent standards and alignment with the Pubs Code.
Regular reviews of business performance help identify opportunities for improvement, with actionable plans created for both parties.
A challenging but respectful approach is adopted towards publicans who do not fully exploit commercial opportunities, encouraging them to maximise their potential.
Effective collaboration with Pub Support Centre functions and key suppliers is maintained to achieve procurement objectives and operational goals, ensuring all partnerships contribute to the overall success of the business.
Must be able to drive and stay overnight as needed.
