Associate Director, Major MoJ Prison Programme (Hybrid)

Mace is seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our Ministry of Justice sector in Leicester. This role will oversee the delivery of high-quality projects within the MoJ prison portfolio, including HMP Welland Oaks, a new-build prison scheduled for Q4 2028.

Responsibilities include managing project governance, facilitating stakeholder communication, and ensuring adherence to timelines, costs, and quality standards. Candidates should have substantial experience in public sector projects and possess relevant professional memberships.

This position offers hybrid working, requiring on-site attendance at least three days a week.
