Senior Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive — Exeter

What will you do?

• This is a broad private client role to include:
• Drafting tax and succession advice, trusts, wills and LPAs
• Probate and estate administration
• Providing advice to individuals, entrepreneurs, land owners, farmers and the independently wealthy (and their advisors)
• Often advising multiple generations of families
• Providing succession advice for those with businesses, including tax advice where appropriate
• Being on hand to mentor and supervise more junior lawyers in the team
• Specialists who wish to continue their own practice will be welcomed

What will you need?

• At least 5 years’ experience as a solicitor or legal executive
• Private client experience
• Ideally some exposure to high‑net‑worth clients (not essential)
• Ideally some managerial experience
• Candidates from smaller law firms will be considered
