The Role

You will manage a varied caseload of property litigation matters, including:

  • Land and property disputes
  • Landlord and tenant matters
  • Commercial property litigation

You’ll be responsible for progressing cases efficiently and delivering excellent client outcomes while maintaining high professional and regulatory standards.

Key aspects of the role include:

  • Managing a busy and varied caseload independently
  • Advising clients on a range of property disputes
  • Maintaining regular and clear client communication
  • Drafting legal documents and managing case progression
  • Handling matters in line with internal procedures and compliance requirements
  • Supporting business development and promoting wider firm services
  • Working collaboratively within a supportive litigation team

About You

We’re keen to speak with candidates who can demonstrate:

  • Qualified Solicitor status with property litigation experience
  • Strong communication and client care skills
  • Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Commercial awareness and a solution-focused mindset
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and case management systems (SOS experience desirable)
