Senior OT Security Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior OT Security Engineer L3, with strong expertise in ICS/OT security and hands‑on experience with the Armis Centrix platform. This role supports large‑scale manufacturing environments and plays a key part in strengthening OT security across complex industrial operations.

You will work closely with plant teams, vendors, and cross‑functional stakeholders to improve asset visibility, enhance threat and vulnerability management, and ensure robust OT security controls are in place.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise the Armis Centrix platform across plant environments.
• Improve deployment architecture of Armis Collectors to reduce complexity and improve coverage.
• Standardise configurations and reduce false positives through alert tuning.
• Improve asset inventory accuracy, vulnerability data, and reporting quality.
• Design and implement new OT threat detection use cases.
• Produce reporting for technical teams and senior stakeholders.
• Work with plant operations and vendors to align OT security with business needs.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in OT / ICS Security environments.
• Hands‑on experience with Armis Centrix.
• Knowledge of PLC, DCS, MES, SCADA systems.
• Strong understanding of OT networks and architecture.
• Experience in vulnerability, asset, and incident management in OT.
• Knowledge of IAM, firewalls, endpoint security, PKI, DLP, EDR.
• Experience with SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk ES, QRadar, Google Chronicle).
• SOC experience, including log integration and correlation rules.
• Strong stakeholder communication and reporting skills.
