We are currently seeking a Project Director to join our team, where you will have the responsibility of developing our client base with a focus on the East Midlands.
Based from either Birmingham or Nottingham you will have the flexibility to work in a hybrid model.

Job Responsibilities:
- You will be primarily working alongside other Directors to successfully manage, grow and deliver Project / Cost Management duties on various capital projects.
- You will contribute to our growth plans, with a responsibility for business development, including winning new clients and commissions.
- The role will entail direct client engagement, acting as the key, day to day client interface.
- You should possess the skills and experience to actively lead and support the internal team, manage and mentor staff.
- Provide oversight / strategic guidance / audit and review for a portfolio of projects.
- You will help develop collaborative relationships with our existing clients and other professional colleagues within the industry, obtaining an increased understanding of a client’s business and demonstrating client focus.
- You will be connected, organised and self-motivated, working with minimum supervision.
- Successful delivery of projects, ensuring tasks on projects are resourced, managed and completed efficiently, on time and with a keen desire to maintain client satisfaction leading to continued and further business.

Qualifications:
- Professional Qualified – ideally Project Management/ Construction/Engineering/Quantity Surveying Degree
- Chartered Status with the RICS / APM or similar
- Proven ability to develop long term relationships with all team members and effectively balance people and processes.
- Proven leadership within a Cost or Project Management business and provide leadership, management and mentoring to the team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are key.
