Location: London Bridge (Office-based)
Salary: £40,000-£50,000 + Uncapped Commission (Six-Figure OTE)
Hours: 11:00am – 8:00pm (to accommodate US Hours)

Overview
We’re looking for an ambitious Senior Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of a rapidly developing US market across New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. The role offers the chance to build a specialist division in one of the fastest-growing and highest-value regions within our US business.
The Opportunity
As the Senior Recruitment Consultant you’ll have full ownership of a high-growth territory, working with construction businesses across one of the busiest regions in the United States. While this role is heavily focused on business development, you’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle and have the autonomy to shape your own strategy.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and grow our Construction market across New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Drive business development through creative and proactive sales activity.
- Manage the full 360 recruitment process from client acquisition through to placement.
- Partner with senior decision-makers across the construction industry.
- Develop your own market strategy and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Work closely with our leadership team as the US business continues to expand.
Who We’re Looking For
- Proven 360 recruitment experience with a strong background in business development.
- Experience recruiting within Construction, Engineering or another technical sector.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial approach and the confidence to build new client relationships.
- Strong commercial awareness and a genuine passion for winning new business.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- The resilience and ambition to build a market with significant long-term potential.
Construction recruitment experience is preferred, but recruiters from other technical industries are encouraged to apply.
