Senior HR Manager, Plan & GDCL (Deliver) EMEA

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Senior HR Manager, Plan & GDCL (Deliver) EMEA, located in Cork, Ireland. This role may also involve postings in Loughbeg, Ringaskiddy and Leeds, UK.

Job Overview

The Senior HR Manager will be the primary HR partner to senior leaders in the PLAN and Global Distribution and Commercial Logistics organization across EMEA. The role actively supports and coaches business leaders, drives Talent Management, Organizational Design, and Change Management, and provides strong HR leadership to support business goals, enterprise and HR strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted HR partner to senior leaders across Supply Chain, providing strategic and operational HR support.
  • Translate business and Supply Chain priorities into aligned people and workforce strategies.
  • Partner on organizational design, workforce planning, and capability development to support evolving operating models.
  • Support talent management processes including talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Act as a coach and advisor to leaders on organizational health, engagement, and leadership effectiveness.
  • Enable Supply Chain transformation initiatives through effective change leadership.
  • Partner with Employee Relations, Legal, and other people related functions to address employee relations topics.
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and regional HR teams to deliver integrated HR solutions.

Local Management Responsibilities

  • Document handling: Print, stamp/seal, mail/ship, distribute, and route documents for wet signatures.
  • Records management: Store/archive/retrieve HR documents; fulfill requests; coordinate offsite storage; scan and name for Veeva.
  • Compliance/admin: Upload/submit filings; print and hand-deliver to agencies; support audits and onsite audit coordination.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of progressive HR experience.
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders in regional and/or global operations organizations.
  • Strong background in organizational design, talent management and change leadership.

Preferred

  • Experience in medical devices, healthcare, or other regulated industries.
  • Exposure to global supply chain or regional distribution models.

Other Requirements

  • Language: English proficiency required.
  • Travel: Up to 20%, mainly in the EMEA region.
