Shift:

Days – Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5.00pm and Friday 8.30am to 4.00pm

Main job functions

  • Responsible for the accurate creation and maintenance of all departmental documentation
  • Ensure all project work is carried out in line with agreed schedules
  • Identifies areas for self and team development
  • Coordinate third party companies during the life cycle of Epson production equipment
  • The maintenance of all supporting documentation for new and existing machinery, in accordance with relevant legislation
  • Maintenance of departmental policies and procedures in line with company directives

Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for the project management of the below items:

ETL/SEC Built Machinery

  • Technical File (UKCA)
  • Scheduling
  • UKCA Testing

External Machinery

  • Scheduling
  • UKCA Compliances

TENs Project

  • Scheduling of relevant projects

Departmental

  • Administration
  • Policies and Procedures
  • Documentation

Skills required

  • Be able to work both as part of a team and individually
  • PC literate in Microsoft office
  • Methodical / logical approach
  • Individual and team time management
  • Take ownership of tasks
  • Adhere to Epson’s Environment and Quality policies, and ISO 14001 and 9001 management systems
  • Ensure responsible waste management through waste segregation
  • Stay informed about environmental impacts in your role, working to prevent, minimise, and report potential pollution incidents, contributing to our commitment to sustainability

Qualifications required – essential

  • HNC or Level 4 equivalent, in a relevant Engineering or project management principle

Experience required

  • Demonstrates high level of pride in all work undertaken
  • Demonstrates efficient time management
