The Portfolio & The Purpose
As a senior figure within the Plymouth consultancy arm, you will take the lead on high‑profile developments across Healthcare, Education, and Residential sectors. Your day‑to‑day will involve:
End-to-End Delivery: Owning projects from the initial feasibility stage through to final handover.
Contract Sovereignty: Acting as the lead authority on JCT and NEC contract suites.
Financial Stewardship: Managing project budgets with precision, ensuring profitability and value engineering at every stage.
Mentorship: Using your 8–10 years of experience to guide and upskill the next generation of PMs.
Client Relations: Serving as the strategic bridge between the consultancy and its prestigious client base.
What You Bring to the Table
We are specifically looking for a professional who thrives in a consultancy environment. Chartership is a mandatory requirement for this role.
Professional Status: Must hold MRICS, MCIOB, or MAPM accreditation.
Track Record: A minimum of 8–10 years of post‑qualification experience within a UK Construction Consultancy.
Sector Knowledge: Proven ability to manage complex building projects (Non‑IT).
Tech Savvy: High proficiency in Asta PowerProject or MS Project for complex scheduling.
