Key Details

Salary: Up to £24,700 per annum; Hours: 37.5 hours per week, no weekends; Location: Tidworth, with 1 day per week at Wiltshire College; Learning Provider: Wiltshire College; Apprenticeship: Level 3 Plumbing and Domestic Heating Technician.

Your Role

  • Supporting the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance activities across the Garrison while completing a Level 3 Apprenticeship
  • Working safely at all times in line with health and safety legislation, policies and procedures
  • Assisting with plumbing, mechanical repairs, maintenance and installation work to the required standard under supervision
  • Maintaining accurate records of completed work using company systems and documentation
  • Working collaboratively within a team to deliver an efficient and effective service to customers and stakeholders
  • Attending college as required and completing coursework in line with apprenticeship programme requirements

Qualifications

  • GCSEs at Grade 4/C or equivalent including English and Maths; a full UK driving licence or working towards obtaining one when of appropriate age
  • Basic IT skills and comfortable using systems, apps or digital tools to support daily tasks and record work

Additional Information

  • You must be able to travel one day per week to Wiltshire College.
