In the world of national security, your work will do exactly that. No two pieces of work are the same. Your adaptable approach will enable you to deliver projects at pace, whether that’s a hands‑on agile team role, a huge project, or a collection of smaller tasks and activities forming a system, programme or portfolio.

We have several roles available working across a variety of teams:
- Transformation – You’ll manage business change projects, such as estates, IT, business process change, restructuring, implementing new ways of working, and corporate processes – all the things that make a business tick that may want to be improved to enable engineering.
- Technical/product – You’ll work with software, hardware & firmware teams, liaising with specialist departments such as antennas, power sources, manufacturing, and test teams to deliver projects that will impact national security.
- Co‑Creation – Innovation is at the heart of what we do. Critical and emerging technologies are advancing at unprecedented speed, and you’ll collaborate closely with industry and academia to deliver projects that shape these pioneering capabilities. We’re not looking for any one type of person. We’re looking for talent from all different backgrounds to join our organisation, where we genuinely respect and value each other’s differences, as well as our similarities. It makes us even better at what we do.
We are proud to offer applicants who declare a disability or long‑term health condition the opportunity to apply through the Offer of Interview Scheme. We aim to ensure that a fair and proportionate number of disabled applicants that best meet the minimum essential criteria for this position are offered an interview where practicable.
To reduce financial barriers for candidates, particularly those from lower socio‑economic backgrounds, we can offer the reimbursement of reasonable travel expenses to attend in‑person interviews or assessments during the recruitment and vetting process. By covering costs for travel, and in limited cases accommodation, we aim to ensure all applicants feel encouraged to apply, regardless of financial circumstances.
Reimbursement is discretionary and will only be made in line with the Candidate Expenses Policy, as amended from time to time.
