Salary: Up to £65,000 FTE – negotiable depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead your pharmacy team to exceed targets and deliver exceptional service.
• Drive commercial success and ensure compliance with all regulations.
• Receive direct support from your Regional Healthcare Manager.
• Play a key role in shaping the future of Superdrug’s healthcare offering.

Qualifications

• GPhC‑registered pharmacist with community pharmacy experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of NHS pharmacy funding.
• Passionate professionals ready to grow into future Regional Healthcare Managers.
