Advanced Clinical Practitioner (Nurse/Paramedic) – The Junction Health Centre
We seek an experienced Advanced Nurse or Paramedic Practitioner to join our Out-of-Hours team at The Junction Health Centre (outside Clapham Junction station). This is a permanent part-time role (up to 23 hrs/week).
You will: provide advanced urgent care (Fri 8am–8pm cover, 8h minimum) with optional Saturday sessions, covering undifferentiated illness and injuries.
Requirements:
- Completed Master’s degree in Advanced Practice.
- Current professional registration (NMC or HCPC) with independent prescribing (V300).
- Recent experience in primary or urgent care.
- Excellent clinical assessment, decision‑making and communication skills.
