Monday to Friday (Full Time)

Salary: £13.00 Per Hour Plus Bonus (Upon eligibility) (Negotiable)

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and multi-skilled professional to lead our digital campaigns, creative production, and data-driven growth initiatives. The Digital Marketing & Creative Media Manager will be responsible for managing paid campaigns, managing CRM, lead management, creating engaging content, and leveraging marketing technology to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities

1. Advertising & Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, and other digital platforms.
  • Manage lead generation funnels, campaigns, re-targeting strategies, and performance tracking through Meta Ad Manager.
  • Monitor KPIs, budgets, and ROI to maximize campaign efficiency.

2. CRM & Data Management

  • Maintain leads HubSpot CRM dashboards for lead tracking, reporting, and automation.
  • Ensure accurate data entry, segmentation, and reporting.

3. Creative Production

  • Design compelling banners, graphics, and images using different tools.
  • Edit and produce engaging short-form and long-form videos for campaigns and social media.
  • Utilize AI-based content creation tools for text, visuals, and multimedia to enhance productivity.

4. Collaboration & Innovation

  • Work closely with the admissions and business development teams to align campaigns with company goals.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends and emerging tools to drive innovation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in CS/Information Technology/ Marketing/ Digital Marketing
  • Proven experience in digital marketing campaign management (Meta Ads essential).
  • Strong knowledge of CRM workflows and HubSpot CRM.
  • Experience in managing wordpress based websites.
  • Hands‑on experience in Canva, video editing software, and AI-based creative tools.
  • Familiarity with Digital marketing tools for customer engagement and campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management abilities.

  • HubSpot CRM
  • Excel, Google Sheet
  • Ad Manager (Meta, TikTok, SnapChat)
  • WhatsApp Marketing Tools
  • Content generation tools.
  • Video Editing Software (Capcut, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent)
  • AI-based Content Creation Tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, MidJourney, PlayHT etc.)
