Service Engineer (Water Treatment)
£33,000-£38,000 + Optional Overtime + Commission + On Call + Company Bonus + Door-to-door pay + Company Vehicle + Progression + Training + Company Benefits
Cambridge, covering a patch around the East Midlands
This role involves servicing water treatment equipment across the Midlands, primarily within 2 hours of your home. You will focus on planned maintenance (70%) and reactive maintenance (30%), while also upselling parts to customers to earn commissions.
Responsibilities
- Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on water treatment equipment
- Travel to client sites across the Midlands (occasional overnight stays)
- Upsell parts to customers – commission paid

Qualifications
- Service Engineer with a background in Water Treatment or a similar field
- Full UK Driving Licence (regionally flexible)
- Knowledge in plumbing, electrical, mechanical, reverse osmosis, softener, and hygiene systems
- Experience with Legionella and water treatment equipment
