Lift Maintenance Engineer – Norfolk region
Role Overview

Otis is growing and is looking for a Lift Maintenance engineer for our entities in the Norfolk region. You will ensure the safety of passengers by safely maintaining a portfolio of lifts and escalator units.
Responsibilities
- Carry out 100% of the elevator maintenance and service visits of the units within your territory.
- Work within your defined geographical area / territory, managing the portfolio of elevators within it.
- Respond proactively and quickly to fix any breakdowns, aiming to achieve first time fix.
- Carry out minor repairs to achieve continual operation; liaise directly with the customer while on site to build a good working relationship.

Qualifications
- Hold an NVQ level 3 in Escalator service, maintenance, or repair.
- Hold a driver’s license and be within 1 hour commute of Norfolk / Norwich.
- At least 24 months of experience in the elevator sector.
- Good skills in electricity and electrical engineering.
- Committed to safety as a priority.
- Comfortable communicating to others.
- Curious, adaptable, and able to work alone or in a team.
- Comfortable using electronic and digital tools.
