Field Service Engineer
Location: King’s Lynn
Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £27,937 basic increasing with role progression plus uncapped commission (up to 50k OTE)
Working Hours: 40-48 hours per week
Shift Pattern: 9am to 6pm & 11am to 8pm between Mon to Fri including bank holidays. Must be able to work Saturdays (one on, one off)
Holidays: 29 days’ annual leave increasing to 31 days after 1 year service
Responsibilities
- Provide in-depth examination of customers property.
- Advise on the best security and safety solutions to design a system that meets their security needs & risks.
- Perform installation and technical support of Verisure security systems with a focus “first time fix” solutions.
- Deliver a detailed, informed walkthrough of the Verisure Alarm system.
- Troubleshoot any issues and repeat false alarms that may arise.
- Manage stock materials and company vehicle maintenance according to schedules.
- Committed to providing outstanding expertise and customer service.
Requirements
- Strong English communication skills and a good team player.
- Ability to make effective and timely resolutions.
- Proficient with hand tools and step ladders.
- Proactive and enthusiastic approach to maintenance work.
- Clean manual driving licence.
- Passion for technology.
