Electrical Engineer (Progression to Project Manager)
Location: Redhill
Salary: £60,000 to £70,000 plus benefits including in‑house training, discretionary annual bonus, Christmas shutdown period, and progression to Project Manager.
Company: A rapidly expanding manufacturing and engineering company that designs and creates bespoke E‑House substations and electrical submersible pump systems for clients in the UK and Middle East.
Responsibilities
- Deliver company projects from initiation to closure.
- Produce project plans and define technical requirements.
- Oversee design and installation of predominantly E‑House substations and occasional electrical pumping system projects.
Qualifications & Experience
- Electrical Engineer (or similar) with experience in electrical substation or pumping system design.
- Desire to progress into a Project Management role at an innovative manufacturer.
- Willingness to work in a niche role within a specialist manufacturer of E‑House substations and electrical pumping systems.
- Commutable to Redhill.
