Senior Air Conditioning Engineer

Location: London

Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 + Door-to-Door Pay + Overtime + Genuine Progression

We are looking for an experienced Senior Air Conditioning Engineer who wants more than simply carrying out service calls. This is a rare opportunity to become one of the first key hires within an ambitious and rapidly growing service division.

The Role

Working across a range of commercial sites throughout London, you’ll be responsible for servicing, maintaining and fault‑finding on a wide variety of HVAC equipment, with a strong focus on VRF/VRV systems.

Your Responsibilities

• Service, maintenance and fault diagnosis on VRF/VRV systems
• Working across Mitsubishi Electric, Daikin, Toshiba and Samsung equipment
• Repairs, overhauls and major component replacements
• Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
• Commercial refrigeration and ventilation maintenance
• Working with manufacturer diagnostic software
• Maintaining excellent relationships with clients
• Delivering work to the highest safety and quality standards

What You’ll Need

• Strong experience working on VRF/VRV and split systems
• Experience using manufacturer diagnostic software
• Commercial refrigeration and chiller experience
• Knowledge of AHUs and HRUs
• F‑Gas Category 1 Certification
• Full UK Driving Licence

Desirable

• Additional refrigeration or electrical qualifications
• Experience across multiple manufacturers’ platforms
