This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving university and enhance its Estates & Facilities Management Team (EFM).
As part of the EFM Team you will support a community of over 18,000 students and 2,300 staff based on campuses in Brighton.
The Campus Security Team is committed to building a diverse team of professionals whose role is to create a safe and secure environment for students, staff and visitors, a place where everyone feels safe and welcome.
Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include working in the security control room and monitoring the CCTV network, providing a visible presence and a mobile response across all campuses. You will use proactive and responsive security methods to ensure the delivery of a comprehensive service, which goes beyond the traditional security standards and focuses on customer service.

- Professional resilience and a desire to deliver an excellent service in challenging and often complex circumstances and environments.

- Security experience or qualifications preferred but not essential; the University will support completion of SIA (Security Industry Authority) training.
