NARS Assistant Manager (Supervisor role)
Reports to: Area Sales & Education Manager NARS
Contract type: Fixed Term Contract, 37.5 hours per week over 5 days
Mission

Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer engagement and build strong connections with customers through brand heritage and high‑performance products, securing loyalty to NARS and yourself.
- Coach, develop and motivate the team to meet sales targets and KPIs, providing guidance and support in the absence of the manager.
- Support ongoing training, artistry and customer service processes, ensuring the team is equipped to deliver the NARS experience.
- Maintain daily accountability for team performance and uphold the brand’s standards of service and artistry.
Requirements
- Previous leadership position in a retail business.
- Track record of coaching and developing teams.
- Strong experience in makeup artistry, ideally with a qualification.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead a team.
- Ability to drive KPIs and sales targets.
