Building Services Manager
We are currently looking for a Building Services Manager for our client, a well known and reputable M&E Contractor operating in the UK.
Our client has asked that the Building Services Manager ideally has a Mechanical bias or comes from a Mechanical background, as the projects to be looked after will be heavily Mechanical.
The projects to be delivered will be in the Commercial Fit Out, Life Sciences and Labs sectors, so they are looking for a Building Services Manager who has experience delivering these types of projects.
These projects are high value major projects, so the successful Building Services Manager will need to have a proven track record of delivering similar sized projects.
The salary for the successful Building Services Manager will be dependent on experience and expertise.
