Job Overview

You will work as part of a team, providing high‑quality frontline LibraryPlus services to members of the community, children, and families. The role involves welcoming new borrowers, answering book enquiries, and supporting customers with West Northants Council matters such as Blue Badge and concessionary bus pass applications. The position is full‑time and based at Brackley Library.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of frontline LibraryPlus services to a high standard, including provision of activities and services for communities, children, and families.
• Join new borrowers and answer enquiries about books.
• Assist customers with council queries such as Blue Badge and concessionary bus pass applications.
• Perform regular weekend work and travel to other locations as required by the business.
