Role Overview
Support the implementation of major changes and improvements to the organisation’s IT service management practices by driving strategic initiatives to modernize, transform and future‑proof how the bank delivers and supports technology services.
What You Will Do
Establish KPIs, analyse emerging IT service management tools, manage the selection and implementation of new tools, develop and communicate change management strategic initiatives, and prioritise the bank’s initiatives.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The successful candidate will have experience with end‑to‑end ITSM product ownership, owning an ITSM platform roadmap and backlog, and defining and delivering Day0 to mature ITSM capability in a greenfield or transformation environment.
Requirements
- End‑to‑end ITSM product ownership
- Experience owning an ITSM platform (e.g. JiraSM, ServiceNow, BMC Helix) roadmap and backlog
- Ability to define and deliver Day0 to mature ITSM capability in a greenfield or transformation environment
- Experience in People Management
