About The Role
Sytner Select Wakefield is recruiting a Business Manager to join their growing team. As a Business Manager you will be responsible for helping manage and grow all aspects of the Finance & Insurance department, remaining at the core of all sales enquiries and developing the sales team. You will ensure that every customer has a clear understanding of the obligations they have entered into, doing so with integrity and treating customers fairly.
Business Managers work flexible patterns, which typically include weekends, to provide customers with the highest possible levels of service.
About You
You are a high‑achieving Sales Executive, Sales Controller or Business Manager with sound financial and commercial understanding. Ideally you have an outstanding work ethic, lead from the front, inspire colleagues to raise the bar and exceed their full potential while driving finance and add‑on performance forward. Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with experience working as part of a team with shared objectives and personal performance goals.
