We are looking for a confident Care & Support Team Leader with a passion for delivering outstanding care.
You’ll be working 39.8 hours per week, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Cygnet Fairways.
Located in a beautiful Suffolk village, Fairways supports adults with learning disabilities and complex needs who may have behaviours that challenge. The home provides longer-term placements for individuals who require round the clock care and support. Person-centred planning is at the heart of everything we do based on each individual’s specific need.

Your Day-to-Day
- Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach to all individuals in our care
- Provide guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support
- Learn about individuals’ specific needs and provide help in the most appropriate way
- Assist with medical and welfare needs and report as required
- Support management in the day‑to‑day running of the service
- Undertake supervisory and administrative responsibilities

You are
- An experienced Support Worker ready to step up to a new challenge
- Genuinely driven to make a difference in people’s lives
- Confident, assertive and ambitious for yourself, service users and the organisation
- An excellent communicator and good team player
- Sensitive and intuitive with the energy required to provide a trusting, stimulating and varied environment
- Able to empower and support service user independence
- Organised, committed and keen to develop your management and leadership skills
