If you’ve got experience in retail or other jobs where you have successfully led people before, then this role is perfect as your next step in management. Join our team at Shrewsbury North (Harmer Hill) Premier Inn as a Duty Manager, where your proven leadership skills will be put to use managing a reliable, high‑performing team that ensures the smooth running of our hotel. If you’ve led a team in a retail environment, you’ll use your experience, excellent communication, and organisational skills to manage everything from health & safety standards to creating an exceptional guest experience.
