Salary: £13.72 per hour + an on‑target bonus of 15%, paid monthly based on the store’s performance
About the role
As a Retail Customer Advisor at Three UK, you will understand and meet each customer’s unique needs as they enter the store, delivering first‑class service and contributing to sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage customers throughout the shopping experience, creating positive and valued interactions.
- Deliver service excellence by tailoring and promoting innovative products and services.
- Achieve personal and store KPIs through sales and performance targets.
- Provide efficient solutions to general mobile or network‑related enquiries, giving prompt resolution.
- Demonstrate strong customer focus, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills.
Full training will be provided; prior knowledge of the products is not required—ambition and willingness to learn are the most important.
