Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate teams, develop them, and create strong client relationships across our portfolio of schools.
• Be commercially astute and work towards KPIs – Health & Safety, Retention, Quality and Finance.
• Manage fixed-price locations and oversee a high level of employees.
• Work with a range of clients within a diverse environment.
• Assist teams when needed and roll up sleeves to help meet operational needs.
• Ensure compliance with enhanced DBS disclosure requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an operator within a similar catering business.
• Understanding and background in the Education sector.
• Ability to manage fixed-price locations.
• Experience working with diverse clients.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Completion of enhanced DBS disclosure.
