What You’ll Be Doing

In this pivotal role, you will lead our commercial strategy, driving growth and innovation within the General Merchandise sector. You will report to Senior Commercial Manager – Travel and manage a dynamic team dedicated to achieving excellence. Your insights will shape our approach, ensuring we meet the needs of our customers while fostering a collaborative team culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to enhance market presence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and marketing initiatives.
  • Analyse market trends and customer insights to inform decision‑making.
  • Lead and mentor your team, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
  • Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to achieve targets.

What You’ll Need To Have (our Must‑haves)

  • Proven experience in commercial management within retail or healthcare sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data‑driven approach.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for driving change and making a positive impact.

It would be great if you also have

  • Experience in product development and marketing strategies.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry and its regulations.
  • A track record of successful project management.
