Construction Estimator: Tenders, Costs & Value

Lindum is seeking an experienced Estimator to join our York Team based in Elvington. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in refurbishment and new build construction, capable of handling projects up to £10m, utilizing specialist estimating software.

Responsibilities include appraising tender documents, producing bills of quantities, and managing risks and budgets. We offer a full-time position with salary commensurate with experience, along with benefits such as pension and opportunities for training and development.
