Key Responsibilities

• Act as Duty Manager on a daily basis.
• Ensure health & safety and compliance regulations are adhered to.
• Maximise member experience and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Lead and coordinate a diverse team across various functions.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g., restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
• Experience leading a variety of functions with variable challenges and goals, or across variable departments.
• Experience in financial planning and management.
• Passionate about customer service.
