Job Title: Supply Chain Administrator – Chilled Food Manufacturing
Location: The Compleat Food Group, Riverside Bakery, Nottingham
Shift Pattern: Mon to Fri 08:30 – 17:30 (can be flexible)
Salary: £27,915 per annum

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Supply Chain Administrator, you’ll support the smooth and efficient operation of our Supply Chain function by maintaining accurate stock records, coordinating material movements, and managing key administrative processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining accurate stock records within ERP systems (M3 experience advantageous)
- Performing daily stock reconciliations and investigating discrepancies
- Raising, managing, and resolving debit notes to ensure full recovery
- Liaising with suppliers, procurement, warehouse, and production teams
- Monitoring stock movements and ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date
- Producing reports on stock levels, variances, and discrepancies
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain function
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in materials planning, inventory control, supply chain, or manufacturing operations
- Strong understanding of ERP/MRP planning systems
- Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting
- Excellent organisational and problem‑solving abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
- Previous experience in supply chain administration or stock control
- Experience using M3 ERP systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships across departments
