Business Development Manager – Sponsorship Sales
Central London (Hybrid). £43,000 – £48,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £70k+ Year 1, six figures from Year 2).

Responsibilities
- Sell high‑value sponsorship partnerships across a portfolio of established AI and Tech events.
- Build relationships with senior decision‑makers and commercial leaders.
- Generate new business opportunities through a consultative sales approach.
- Create tailored sponsorship solutions aligned to client objectives.
- Manage long‑term sponsor relationships and drive repeat business.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure sponsors achieve maximum value from their investment.
Qualifications
- Has a proven background in B2B sales – events, recruitment, software sales, etc.
- Can generate new business through multiple channels.
- Is comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and decision‑makers.
- Takes a consultative, relationship‑led approach to sales.
- Understands how to develop and nurture long‑term commercial partnerships.
- Is commercially driven but focused on quality over volume.
- Enjoys working autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team culture.
