Regional Facilities Manager – UK-wide PBSA Portfolio

Macdonald & Company is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee a portfolio of Purpose-Built Student Accommodation properties across the UK. You will be responsible for managing FM operations, ensuring compliance, and leading site-based management teams.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in facilities management and contract management, with strong stakeholder relationship skills and a willingness to travel across the UK. This role offers a salary of £50,000–£55,000 plus a £5,000 car allowance.
