Product manager

Overview

This product manager role offers the chance for an experienced ERP account manager to move into product management.

Responsibilities

• Articulate Product Specialist to work closely with the Product Manager and our Professional Services Team to help shape the direction of our latest product.
• The job mixes responsibilities across Product, Professional Services, and Sales, translating user and prospect requirements into clear, commercially useful input that influences product development and positioning.
• Provide training, coaching, and time to develop for junior applicants, with a clear progression from shaping the product and shadowing demonstrations to delivering high‑quality product demos independently.
• Over time, take greater ownership, including leading customer demonstrations and influencing product direction as you become established in the role.

Qualifications

• Ability to commute to Lincoln 3 days per week.
• ERP software experience.
• Desire to grow a new cloud‑based ERP product.
