Working across multiple departments, this Duty Manager role offers the opportunity to work as part of the F&B and Front Office teams in our bustling hotel.

• Assist in the smooth running of all customer-facing departments – working with the breakfast team, managing a busy checkout period, and checking bedrooms with the Housekeeping Manager.
• Hands‑on management of a busy Food & Beverage Department; support progression from Junior HoD to Senior HoD.
• Collaborate closely with Front Office teams across various departments.
• Experience in Guest Relations is advantageous; an interest in local area trends is valuable.

Successful applications may progress to a Head of Department role, overseeing a single department, and then to a senior HOD role within Malmaison or Hotel Du Vin.
