Children’s Services Deputy Manager – Team Leadership

Progressive Care in Sheffield is seeking a Children’s Deputy Manager to support the Home Manager and ensure a safe, child-centred environment. The successful candidate will lead a staff team, contribute to training, and ensure all children’s needs are met.

Ideal applicants will hold a Level 3 qualification and have experience in social care. They should be passionate about working with young people and be prepared for a flexible rota including sleep-ins.
