Product Support Specialist

Our client offers digital solutions to clients worldwide, including marketing, event management, payment services, and customer support operations. They also focus on poker in the online gaming/gambling sector. This role is based in London.

Responsibilities

• Complete assignments across various departments, including acquiring knowledge of operational activities, attending meetings and workshops, and providing assistance and suggestions for improvement.
• Update records and prepare documentation.

Qualifications

• Professional level written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom (no sponsorship required).
• Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher, with exceptional learning abilities.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure while maintaining a professional demeanor toward coworkers, and adaptability to change.
