Product Support Specialist
Our client offers digital solutions to clients worldwide, including marketing, event management, payment services, and customer support operations. They also focus on poker in the online gaming/gambling sector. This role is based in London.
Responsibilities
- Complete assignments across various departments, including acquiring knowledge of operational activities, attending meetings and workshops, and providing assistance and suggestions for improvement.
- Update records and prepare documentation.
Qualifications
- Professional level written and spoken English and Mandarin.
- Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom (no sponsorship required).
- Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, with exceptional learning abilities.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure while maintaining a professional demeanor toward coworkers, and adaptability to change.
