Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role (SaaS or tech industry preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with cold outreach and rejection
- Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Familiarity with working with tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Gong would be advantageous
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and maximize efficiency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, think out of the box and wow people with interesting angles and quality work
- Hybrid requiring in-office days in our new London office

- We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing sales team
- As a BDR, you will be the face of our brand for potential clients, playing a key role in building our sales pipeline by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospects
- Research accounts within our defined ICP, identify key players (coach, champion, economic buyer), build relationships through discovery calls, LinkedIn, and email campaigns
- Follow-up on inbound marketing leads from trade shows, trial sign-ups, webinars, etc
- Partner strategically with Major Account Executives to identify and source net new pipeline and assist by researching lines of business and personas
- Build your personal brand and network as an advocate for Coralogix Observability solutions
- Work creatively with lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, and Gong
- Working collaboratively in a high-input and time-sensitive environment
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional offers to help drive the pipeline
