Job Description
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Programme/Project Manager to join an organisation within the public sector which is going through a period of development and change. The successful Programme Manager will be brought on within the transformation delivery team. This is a pivotal role helping to deliver major strategies, such as upgrading technology, improving case management and regulatory efficiency, and addressing internal cultural issues.
The role will involve end-to-end management including overseeing budgets, objections and timeframes. This is a fantastic opportunity for an incredibly organised and methodical candidate who enjoys navigating change and playing a part in transformative projects.
Duties will include:
- Leadership of the programme team including performance reviews and targets
- Stakeholder and supplier management
- Oversight of the programme’s budgets including monitoring and reporting on expenditure
- Managing timelines
- Quality control
- Managing internal communication
The successful candidate must have exceptional experience of project and programme management and relevant methodology and tools and must be confident with budget forecasting.
