Line Leader

Line Leaders are needed for a fast‑paced production line in Avonmouth. The role is full‑time, working fixed shifts five days a week, with initial pay of £15.18 per hour, increasing to £16.18 after three months, and overtime paid at time and half.

Responsibilities

• Lead the production team
• Assort goods on the production line
• Erect cardboard cartons and attach labels
• Conduct quality inspections of products

Qualifications

• Punctual and reliable
• Good attention to detail
• Comfortable with manual handling and standing for long periods
• Good level of English
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
